Here in Minnesota there is a saying, "That's interesting" when what the person is really thinking is "I have to be nice and I don't want this person to think I am crazy, but I think THEY are crazy so I will just keep smiling and say 'That's interesting.'"
Actually, all the comments I have received regarding the same-sex marriage blog have been insightful. It really is amazing which topics people get worked up about or just want to share about. There are so many topics that I can get worked up about because that is who I am. I get a lot of people telling me, "that's interesting." But I can see it in their eyes. They just want to run away from me.
Thank you to Melanie Foutz who also commented. Melanie is related to a very lovely woman in Murray, Utah, Vickie, who is also amazing and is pregnant again. It sounds like the Murray 12th Ward will just be popping babies out all over. How fun. I am sorry to miss seeing all the moms and saying to them "I am so happy it is not me."
Okay, so this next "forum" is: Do you drink cold water with ice cubes or room temperature water? Which is healthier? How much water do you personally drink in a day? Are there enough bathrooms available? Which toilet paper do you like the best? And when you really have to urinate, how many of us sigh out loud because your bladder is happy?

Haha! Love the water question. This is such a controversial topic! (note the sarcasm!) Now that I'm prego, I do sigh in relief when I use the bathroom! lol. And I prefer to drink cold water from the fridge, without icecubes. Ice gets in the way, yet is much better than room temp. hahaha. ;)
Yes, we are popping out babies here. There's 2 girls due within the next 4-8 weeks, then there's Ashley and I due in May-June. Funny huh. (the other girls I noted on my blog are friends of mine outside the ward but I still can't believe so many people I know are having babies at the same time.)
I definitely sigh when I have a good pee. Who doesn't? No ice cubes, just cold water from the fridge. Supposedly cold water burns more calories, haha. No babies here, thank you. I've had my fill...
Uhm, that's interesting.
te hee, sorry I had to do it. Is that why so many people say "That's interesting" when they find out about my homeschooling?
hmmm, I also just noticed that you said anonymous was your very tall brother in law...I don't know which other brother in law's you have but just in case it was Russ I wanted to let you know that he (and a lot of people) don't have a blogger address and don't think of signing their names. It's just easier sometimes to post under anonymous.
If it was someone who was really trying to be sneaky well...that's something else.
I do agree with his reasoning and we've had discussions along the same lines so that's why I thought I'd pipe in.
You're the best!
And the answer is: water with ice...with a straw. (that way the ice cubes don't get in the way)
Oh..and one more thing. Obviously the Murray 12th ward has changed a lot. I don't know anyone there anymore. Bummer!
Are the Bellestons still there? The Smiths?, Goebels?, Strobels? Meyhews? Pextons? Just curious....
okay so I decided to comment. I drink my water room temp because I drink it when I work out. I drink 32 oz when I work out. Then I have 2 16 oz drinks of green tea. Now lets see if you know who I am by what I said. I have never commented on this before.
I do like a cold drink of water every now and then, without ice, it does get in the way of my drinking experience. I usually leave my water bottle out on the counter so I have gotten used to drinking room temperature water. I am usually home also so I don't have to worry about a bathroom and I love using Charmin Ultra, the coupons from Costco for it make it a more affordable luxury. And I do sigh.
