Waconia had a tragic death yesterday. A young man, possibly a high schooler, was killed in a propane explosion here in town.

Dara and I drove past the Waconia Farm Supply this morning. Sheriffs, Hazardous Materials handlers, news reports everywhere. The building on the side of the explosion looks a bit melted.

I feel so sad for this boy's family. I cannot imagine what they are going through -- and I never want to understand. They are in our prayers and the prayers of the people of Waconia.
